Care & storage

Clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to protect the plated finish. Avoid silver dips, abrasive polishing, chemicals and prolonged moisture. Put jewellery on after perfume and hairspray have dried. Remove before swimming, bathing or exercise, and store separately in a dry pouch or lined box.

Returns & getting the right fit

Please ask us about measurements and fit before ordering. Resizing availability and cost depend on the individual piece.

Eligible change-of-mind items must be returned within 21 days of purchase, unused, unworn and in original condition with their original packaging, boxes and any certificates.

A 20% restocking and handling fee is deducted from change-of-mind refunds. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Change-of-mind returns exclude earrings and body jewellery; custom or personalised pieces; and items that have been resized, engraved, altered or specially ordered. Worn, damaged or misused items are also excluded.

These change-of-mind conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind fee does not apply to faulty items.
