Delivery Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, including delays caused by weather events, public holidays, or peak delivery periods.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

We offer Click & Collect for customers who prefer to collect their purchase in store.

Orders placed using Click & Collect are usually ready within 1–2 business days. You will be notified by text or email once your order is ready for collection.

All Click & Collect orders are quality checked before being made available for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order. Orders may only be collected by the person named on the order unless prior arrangements have been made.

Orders not collected within 14 days may be returned to stock. If you require additional time, please contact us to make arrangements.
