Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy is written to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and clearly explains your rights and obligations as well as our store policies for change-of-mind returns.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

-            Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.

-            Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

-            Items must be returned with original packaging, boxes and certificates (where applicable)

A 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for change-of-mind returns. This fee does not apply to faulty items.

Change of mind returns are not available for:

-            Custom-made or personalized items.

-            Items that have been resized, engraved, altered or specially ordered.

-            Earrings and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.

-            Items that show signs of wear, damage or misuse.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty.

Faults or Quality Issues:

Once the item has been assessed, we will offer an appropriate remedy depending on the nature of the fault. This may include repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not apply to:

-            Fair wear and tear.

-            Accidental damage or misuse.

-            Damage caused by impact, chemicals or improper care.

-            Changes in appearance due to normal wear, including surface scratches, tarnishing, or plating wear.

Product Assessment:

All returned items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a minor fault, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. For major faults, customers are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

Change-of-mind returns may be declined if the item does not meet the conditions above.

Shipping and Return Costs:

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Method:

For approved returns: Refunds may be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method, at the customers choice.

Store credit does not expire.

For refunds required under Australian Consumer Law, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
