Product details
Metal quality
925 sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver, alloyed for strength. Any plating is a surface finish; the underlying metal remains sterling silver.
Care & storage
Wipe pearls gently with a soft, damp cloth and allow them to dry fully before storage. Avoid jewellery cleaners, strong detergents, ammonia and alcohol. Apply perfume and hairspray first and let them dry before putting jewellery on. Remove before showering, swimming or using household cleaners.
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box in a dry place. Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time.
Delivery under $199 calculated at checkout. Eligible change-of-mind returns incur a 20% fee; exclusions apply. Wait for notification before collecting.
Ask our Swan Hill team before you order.
Shipping & collection
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Dispatch can take longer during promotions, busy periods or for made-to-order items.
Australia Post delivery times vary by location. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Store pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days. Wait for your text or email before collecting.
Returns & getting the right fit
Please ask us about measurements and fit before ordering. Resizing availability and cost depend on the individual piece.
Eligible change-of-mind items must be returned within 21 days of purchase, unused, unworn and in original condition with their original packaging, boxes and any certificates.
A 20% restocking and handling fee is deducted from change-of-mind refunds. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Change-of-mind returns exclude earrings and body jewellery; custom or personalised pieces; and items that have been resized, engraved, altered or specially ordered. Worn, damaged or misused items are also excluded.
These change-of-mind conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind fee does not apply to faulty items.
