Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear. Use a suitable silver cloth on plain silver to remove tarnish. Remove before swimming, showering or exercise, and keep away from perfume, lotions and household cleaners. Store separately in a dry pouch; avoid silver dip on hollow designs.

Returns & getting the right fit

Please ask us about measurements and fit before ordering. Resizing availability and cost depend on the individual piece.

Eligible change-of-mind items must be returned within 21 days of purchase, unused, unworn and in original condition with their original packaging, boxes and any certificates.

A 20% restocking and handling fee is deducted from change-of-mind refunds. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Change-of-mind returns exclude earrings and body jewellery; custom or personalised pieces; and items that have been resized, engraved, altered or specially ordered. Worn, damaged or misused items are also excluded.

These change-of-mind conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The change-of-mind fee does not apply to faulty items.
